Clean place & lovely staff from the overall service of the staff. Very central location - next door to a theatre and a gallery. In the good area with a zoo and eateries next door to the hotel.

The spa had options for massages and a relaxing sauna that really helped me unwind. The only downside was the outdated decor, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. I'd recommend checking this place out if you want a chill stay 😊

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a relatively quiet area, just next door to the lake and all downtown attractions and every tourist attraction on the magnificent mile. They provide a continental breakfast with plenty of options.

Our stay was fantastic, especially with the spacious room and kitchenette that made mornings easy. The rooftop bar was a highlight with amazing cocktails, but the coffee options could be better!

Great hotel in an excellent location in the centre and close to the lake. We slept with four family members in one room, which was spacious enough for that.
The bar on the top floor that is advertised is not accessible to persons under 21 years of age. So our children just couldn't go upstairs. Furthermore, the bar is accessible to everyone with the hotel elevator, which caused delays in the elevator and the necessary vague types that ran through the hotel.

Room was very spacious, beds very good. Bathroom was also very practical. spacious closet, and drawers ..... Very large televisions (2pcs) ... There was a corner with table and chairs where you could eat in the room... Location is very good, quiet but still close to everything, recommended in terms of location.
The 'kitchenette' is actually 1 small refrigerator and a microwave ... in my opinion does not fall under kitchenette. Price you see is without taxes, these are quite high. Be sure to take this into account.
